Lakiya Charleston was shot by a bunch of fools that singled out her families home for no reason at all. These people wanted to play target practice with someones home and truely caused some real damage to a family that had 6 kids in the home.
Don’t get me wrong i have lived in the inner cities for a long time it usualy have to be a reason to shoot up a families home . Despite that there would be no reason a true leader of a gang would shoot at a families house full of kids. So, iam guessing who ever did this to this poor family, if they was a gang! did not have any real leadership and that tels me that these people where eithier having fun or trying to get back at a sister that lived in the house because as usual there was no men in the home.
There where about thirty shots that rang out on that house of 6 children so with all those bullets you have to ask yourselves, what was that woman in that house was doing to get her home singled out and one of children rusted to the Hospital for a gunshot ? That is the question because alot of crazy crap happens in the streets but they usualy have a reason behind it.
There is reports that the young lady that was shot had problems with her organs but other then that there is no real details.
I have made a video of this news coming out of chicago so visit Redzone news TV for the video
Two people were killed Friday and at least six others wounded — including a 14-year-old girl — in citywide gun violence.
The latest homicide happened in Englewood on the South Side.
A man, 23, was sitting in a vehicle about 11:51 p.m. in the 6200 block of South Laflin Street and was involved in a “verbal altercation” with a group of people across the street, Chicago police said. Gunfire erupted, hitting the man in the chest.
He ran to the corner of 62nd and Laflin where he collapsed, police said. He was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center where he later died.
The Cook County medical examiner’s office hasn’t released details on the death.
Earlier, another man was killed in a shooting a few miles south in Fernwood.
The shooter’s vehicle was last seen driving northbound on Wentworth Avenue from 105th Place, police said. Area South detectives are conducting a homicide investigation.
In non-fatal shootings, a 14-year-old girl was shot when someone unleashed gunfire into a group of people in Lawndale on the West Side.
She was standing on a sidewalk with the group in the 3700 block of West Douglas Boulevard when a dark-vehicle pulled up and someone inside opened fire, police said.
The girl was struck in the foot and arm about 9:45 p.m., police said. She was taken to Stroger Hospital for treatment. Her condition had stabilized. She did not appear to be the target of the shooting, a police source said.
About an hour earlier, a man was shot in the chest in Cragin on the Northwest Side.
He was standing on a corner about 8:35 p.m. in the 5000 block of West Wrightwood Avenue when someone came up on foot and opened fire, striking the man, police said. He was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where his condition stabilized. Police said he was being uncooperative with investigators.
About 6:20 p.m., a man was shot by a female in the South Shore neighborhood. The 27-year-old man was barbecuing in a yard in the 7100 block of South East End when he walked up to a gangway and started arguing with the female, police said.
The female took out a handgun and shot the man twice in the hip and torso, police said. He was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where his condition was stabilized. The female took off on foot.
Minutes earlier, a 21-year-old was shot in the Gage Park neighborhood on the Southwest Side. He was walking southbound in the 5200 block of South Maplewood at 6 p.m. when someone in a dark-vehicle approached and fired shots, striking him in the leg, police said. He was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital in good condition.
The first reported shooting on Friday wounded a 32-year-old woman in South Chicago. She was in the back of a moving vehicle about 1:37 a.m. in the 8500 block of South Escanaba Avenue when she heard gunfire and felt pain, police said. The woman was struck in the buttocks and was driven to Trinity Hospital where her condition was stabilized.
bloody chicago is out of control what in the heck can we do with this problem because if we don’t do something this virus in Chicago will spread you think you have crime in your area let this madness spread threw other cities in America and you will feel like you are in a 3 world country
There is a war going on between black people and the cops in Chicago we need to say it . What black people are doing and how black people are reacting to Law Enforcement is not normal.
Black people just don’t go around shooting cops for no reason. Maybe, other black people they might do that but against Law Enforcement . I do not think so!!! Maybe things in Chicago is worst than many people outside of Chicago thought. This is not to support there actions in no way but if you are black you have to admit that what these two brothers did was abnormal to who we are as a people.
With that said, these young brothers deserve the highest and hardest sentence that the court can put on these young men. There is no excuse for murder specially a none provoked attack where the cop was just minding his business and doing his job that he swore to do as a police officer.
Late last word they love sex trafficking in the case of slain, was sentenced to life in prison. Joseph Hazeley will serve time for murder “of Desiree Robbins”
Joseph Hazeley was sitting in his car while Desiree Robinson was dealing with client. This client before the party garage when Desiree was altered up by Josephl for sale. Paid sex to the client. The same client recall Joseph so he can have Desiree once again. This time some terrible went wrong Desiree resist the client she wanted no part of it. Joseph had three prostitutes two of them got away Desiree was not so lucky she could not get away from the guy.
Recently Desiree’s mother was invited to the White House by Donald Trump to pass legislation solve the problem. Her daughter went through and suffered at the hands of Joseph hazily. Joseph was a life sentence, even though he was knocked a partaker of the woman’s murder. This is the first I have heard of the man serving life actually murdering the person.
There is no information on the whereabouts of the John actually killed Desiree Robinson but the court said that Joseph was actually responsible for the young lady’s death Saturday slapped him with a life sentence.
What hopes you report other people connection to Desiree Wachtel’s death as the investigation continued
A rapper is headed to trial for the 2012 murder of his mother to get to her bank account. This young man is seen in videos tossing money in the crowd just after his mother was murdered. When I read this it was something vicious. Something I thought could never be possible. A young man hired someone to kill his mother to get to her money.
It is amazing how vicious these kids are nowadays!!! No more the days son or daughter tries to get your purse and get your car keys and take a joyride. No,longer the days where your kid will steal a few dollars to party on the town. Now these little beast just plainly killing their parents to get what they want.
The story is very disturbing and it takes place in Chicago. One of the most violent cities in America has taken it to a new high. Never would i have thought that any person with a sane mind would ever thing about doing this
Look at the video there was no sign of concern in the young man’s face walking with his friends, going to the bank account and on top of going to the bank account he filming the whole session.
Now this is her only son that comes threw her legs to be born in the world .You never knew that same son that she caressed loved one day end her life. There is a demonic force happening in the African American community. If this mindset continues in our nation it’s going come to a point where we as a race is going to have to purify our people of this madness mindset . It will get worse each generation to the point where we will be despised by all nations.

A shooting early Sunday morning at an exclusive night club in the
South Shore neighborhood left six people wounded, all of whom are
expected to survive.
The shooting unfolded at 3:43 a.m. inside a lounge that was
closed to the public in the 2900 block of East 79th Street, according to
spokespeople for the Chicago Police Department.
“This appears to be some type of fight that escalated,” CPD spokesman Anthony Guglielmi told the Sun-Times.
A 24-year-old woman told detectives she heard gunfire erupt before feeling a bullet rip through her leg, police said.
She and a 26-year-old man, who was shot in the buttocks and grazed in
the chest, were taken to University of Chicago Medical Center, police
Later that morning, four people who were also wounded in the bar shooting showed up at hospitals, police said.
Three men — two 25-year-olds and a 31-year-old — arrived at Jackson
Park Hospital, police said. All three said they were dancing at the club
when shots rang out and people started falling to the floor.
A woman, 29, took herself to Provident Hospital after being shot in the knee, police said.
All six people suffered wounds that weren’t thought to be life-threatening, police said.
On Sunday morning, Guglielmi announced that Chicago Police Supt. Eddie Johnson ordered a wide-ranging investigation into the club, its owners and the people who were there when the shooting happened.
One team of investigators is looking into whether the club’s license
holders or attendees have any ties to gangs or organized crime, while
another is investigating whether the building is up to code and the
club’s licenses are in tact, Guglielmi said.
“Organized crime units & the CPD troubled buildings section will
support the effort that will be led by the Commander of CPDs vice unit,”
No one has been arrested as Area South detectives investigate the shooting.
A former employee of a Waukegan school district is facing felony
charges after being arrested last month for allegedly sexually abusing a
On Feb. 19, members of the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive
Task Force arrested 26-year-old Gabriel Valadez in Waukegan, according
to Chicago police. Valadez, of Darien, was later charged with felony
counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim under 13 years
old, exploitation of a child under 13 and grooming.
Police said Valadez chatted with the young girl on FaceTime,
instructing her to undress and perform sexual acts while he masturbated.
Additionally, Valadez received nude photographs that showed the girl
performing sex acts, police said.
When they met up in person, Valadez grabbed the girl’s hand and placed it on his crotch, police said.
From August 2017 until Monday, Valadez worked as an administrative
assistant for Waukegan Community Unit School District 60, according to
district spokesman Nicholas Alajakis. He never worked in the district’s
schools and had no contact with children, Alajakis said.
Valadez is being held without bail at Cook County Jail, according to
the Cook County sheriff’s office. His next court date was scheduled for
Bail was set at $2 million Saturday for four men accused of invading the home of family in Lombard, trying them up, robbing them and then leading cops on a high-speed chase in the western suburb.
Mashawn Barnes, 27; Kevin Jones, 31; and Dion Young, 20, all of Chicago; and Calvert Williams, 29, of Matteson, are each charged with a felony count of armed robbery in connection to a home invasion at an apartment on Foxworth Boulevard, the DuPage County state’s attorney’s office said in a statement.
If convicted, they could each face between 21 and 45 years in prison each, prosecutors said.
On Friday, a woman and her daughter entered their home at 3:35 p.m. as two of the men, armed and wearing masks, approached and entered the building before the door closed, prosecutors said.
Once inside, the men each pointed a gun at their heads and ordered them into their home, the state’s attorney’s office said. Inside the apartment, the men tied up the woman and someone else who had been sleeping there. The men stole cash, a handgun and other items before fleeing in a vehicle waiting in a parking lot.
As the men left, the woman freed herself and called police with details about the fleeing vehicle, prosecutors said. Lombard officers found a vehicle matching the description and tried to pull it over, but the driver sped off at 75 mph down Roosevelt Road, prosecutors said.
Williams, Jones and Barnes are also charged with unlawful use of a weapon by a felon, prosecutors said. Young was charged with unlawful use of a weapon, and Barnes was charged with aggravated fleeing and eluding.
The vehicle crashed twice at North and Villa avenues in Villa Park, and all four men exited the vehicle, prosecutors said. Barnes was arrested near the vehicle, and the three others were arrested in a wooded area nearby.
“The terror allegedly caused by these men — forcing their way at gunpoint into an innocent woman’s apartment, tying up their victims and stealing money, other items of value and a gun before fleeing — is almost unimaginable,” DuPage County State’s Attorney Robert Berlin said in the statement.
Nearly two and a half years after 15-year-old Demetrius Griffin was burned to death on the West Side, his family has announced the reward for information about his killer has increased to $15,000.
Griffin, a freshman at Steinmetz High School, was found inside a burning trash can in the Austin neighborhood on Sept. 17, 2016. Officers discovered his body when they responded to a call of a refuse fire in the 5500 block of West Cortez Street.
The teenager’s death was ruled a homicide and an autopsy later determined he had been burned alive. His case has remain unsolved.
New contributions from community and faith leaders increased the reward from $10,000, Griffin’s aunt Rochelle Sykes said Monday.
Sykes said her family continues to be “heartbroken” by her nephew’s death.
Griffin’s image — along with those of four other child victims of Chicago violence — is included in a stained glass window at the West Side New Mount Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, 4301 W. Washington Blvd. The window, Sykes said, will be officially unveiled Sunday.
Sykes said it’s important that people don’t hear about these cases and forget. For low-income families from poor neighborhoods, Sykes said, homicides are all too often “swept up under the rug.”
“That’s not right,” Sykes said. “No child deserves what he got. My family has no closure … and this city is doing nothing.”
At a later news conference, Aurora Police Chief Kristen Ziman confirmed Martin had killed five people at the Henry Pratt Company, a 118-year-old company that makes water valves. The warehouse employs about 200 people, but it wasn’t clear how many were inside at the time, Ziman said.
The horrific ordeal lasted about an hour and 35 minutes from the time numerous people called 911 to report a shooter.
One officer was shot outside the warehouse and another near the entrance as soon as they arrived at the scene, Ziman said. Three additional officers were wounded as they ran into the building.
No shots were fired for the next 90 minutes as scores of officers swarmed the warehouse and tried to find the shooter.
“We had two very different missions: One was for life saving, and one was for finding the offender,” Ziman said.
A SWAT team eventually located Martin, who fired his Smith and Wesson handgun at them, Ziman said. They returned fire, killing him.
Authorities then found five employees dead, and another with a nonfatal wound. Their identities have not been released. Ziman said they were giving family members time to contact one another.
“My heart goes out to the victims and their family members who simply went to work today like any other day,” she said.
The five officers who were shot are expected to survive as well. One had undergone surgery, and another was going under the knife late Friday, Ziman said.
A search of Martin’s Aurora home didn’t turn up anything suspicious, Ziman said.
“This is a sad day for the city of Aurora. We must never forget those innocent people who were senselessly, senselessly gunned down,” said Aurora Mayor Richard Irvin. “… Our hearts go out to the victims in this horrific tragedy.”

Emergency crews originally responded to “multiple calls” of an active shooter at 641 Archer Ave. at 1:28 p.m., Ziman said.
The officers were immediately fired upon as they entered they 29,000-square-foot warehouse, she said.
“There is an active shooter near Highland and Archer,” the city tweeted Friday afternoon. “Aurora Police are on the scene.”
“This is an ongoing active scene,” police tweeted.
A huge police and fire department presence could be seen outside the business. SWAT teams surrounded the complex. The federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the FBI were also at the scene.
John Probst, who identified himself as a worker at Henry Pratt, told ABC7 the gunman worked “in assembly” at the company for about 15 years and came to work Friday like any other day. He said 30 people were in the building at the time of the shooting.
He said he saw Martin holding a pistol with a laser scope before he started firing randomly. After the shooting started, he and other workers ran out of the back of the building, and some took refuge in nearby homes.

The shooter was “apprehended” around 3 p.m., the city tweeted. Ziman later said he was killed by police.
